Power 2 - When a person who is in your power 1 refers a friend to Ei42 they will be in your Power 2
Power 3 - When a person who is in your power 2 refers a friend to Ei42 they will be in your Power 3
Power 4 - When a person who is in your power 3 refers a friend to Ei42 they will be in your Power 4
